Learn to Play Casino War
What is Casino War?
Casino War is one of the simplest card games played in a casino, where players compete against the dealer. The objective is to have a card of higher value than the dealer’s card.
How to Play?
- Place Your Bet: Begin by placing an initial bet on the table.
- Deal the Cards: The dealer deals one card to each player and one card to the house from a shoe containing eight pre-shuffled decks.
- Compare Values: If your card has a higher value than the dealer’s card, you win. If not, you lose the round.
Rules to Know
- Card Values: The lowest card value is 2, and the highest is an Ace.
- Face cards rank from King (highest), Queen, to Jack.
- Numbered cards have values equal to their numbers.
- Suits: All suits are of equal rank.
- Winning: If your card has a higher value than the dealer’s, you win even money (1x your bet).
- Tie: If you and the dealer have cards of the same value, it results in a tie.
- Surrender: Forfeit half your initial bet and be removed from the game.
- Go to War: Match your original bet, and the dealer also matches it.
- Winning After War: If your second card is higher than the dealer’s, you win the bet.
- Tie After War: If the second cards are of the same value, you receive a bonus equal to the initial bet.
Optional Tie Bet
- Tie Bet: Place an additional bet before the cards are dealt, predicting a tie.
- Winning Tie Bet: If the first card dealt to you matches the dealer’s first card, the payout is 10x your initial bet.
