Terms & Conditions

  • Entry to the casino will only be permitted with a prior confirmed booking made either through the Casino Pride website.
  • The permissible age for entry on the casino floor is 21 years. Any guest below the age of 21 years will not be allowed entry to gaming floor.
  • The Arogya Setu app is mandatory to enter the casino premises. Wearing a face mask is mandatory without which entry will not be granted.
  • Before entry is granted, a temperature check will be mandatory. If your temperature is above 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit entry to the casino will not be permitted and we recommend that you kindly consult a doctor.
  • A valid government photo ID should be carried for verification before getting onboard. Passport is a must for all international guests coming to Casino Pride and they will have to show the same upon request.
  • Dress Code is Formal or Smart casuals. Shorts, sleeveless T-shirts, flip-flops and chappals are not permitted.
  • Entry/wrist bands are to be worn by guests all the time till they leave the casino.
  • For any online bookings done post 12.00 AM for a particular day, the entry into the Casino will only be permitted post 09.30AM for that day.
  • Right to admission is reserved with the management.
  • The availability of feeder boats is subject to weather & sea conditions. Management reserves the right to delay feeder boat service without prior notice in the best interest of the guest’s safety & comfort.
  • Photography and Videography are not allowed on any gaming floors on the Vessel.
  • Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
  • If any guest is found with Covid – 19 symptoms or found breaking Casino Pride Covid-19 protocols on any “Casino Pride”, management reserves the right to request the guest to leave the premises.
  • Sky Bar/ deck is closed during monsoons and rough weather. Entry to the same is restricted during the said period.
  • People in an inebriated state will not be allowed entry onboard or into “Casino Pride”.
  • Management reserves the right to stop serving alcoholic beverages to guests they believe are in an inebriated state. People found in an inebriated condition onboard or vessel” will be asked to leave the premises, the discretion of which lies with the Management. The said Guest is liable to pay damages and cleaning charges to Casino Pride.
  • Management also reserves the right to remove individuals from “Casino Pride” in case of unruly or disruptive behaviour.
  • Management reserves the right to close any open deck or any other area due to unfavourable weather conditions or private bookings.
  • No refund will be processed in case of unavailability of any open deck due to private function, weather conditions or any untoward situation.
  • Debit and Credit cards used for transactions at the casinos should have the name of the cardholder and should be supported by an original government issued identity proof.
  • Cards belonging to joint account holders and companies will not be accepted.
  • International cards are not accepted.
  • EARLY BIRD OFFER: Once the package is booked, it is non-transferable. Hence, changing names on a confirmed booking is not allowed. The discount will not be applied if the guest chooses to reschedule the tickets. Any difference in the amount will be payable based on the tariff existing at time of rescheduling. No refunds will be issued for packages booked under the Early Bird offer. Offer is not applicable on black-out dates such as Valentine’s Day, Christmas, New Year’s Day, etc. Management’s decision will be final and must be adhered to with respect to this offer.
  • The above terms and conditions are subject to change as per Management’s decision.


Liability Clause
  • Set forth below are the terms and conditions by Goa Coastal Resorts & Recreation Pvt Ltd (Casino Pride) (the “Company”) of the guest ticket contract (the “Ticket”) governing the carriage of guests, baggage and articles there of undertaken by the Company, Acceptance or use of the Ticket shall constitute the agreement of the guest to these terms and conditions. The term “Guest” shall include but is not limited to any person purchasing the ticket on the date and Vessel indicated on the relevant document, accepting or using this Ticket, on behalf of themselves or others in their care
  • The liability of the Company in the event of death or bodily injury suffered by a Guest shall be governed solely by the Insurance Policies as taken by the Company and shall never exceed the limitation of liability to which the Company is entitled under the Insurance policy. No undertaking, guarantee or warranty is given or shall be implied as to seaworthiness, fitness, or condition of the Vessel or any food, drink, medicine, or provisions supplied on board the Vessel. In no event shall the Company be liable for any incident arising outside the Guest areas of the Vessel or the Vessel itself, including, but not limited to those occurring ashore on tenders not owned by the Vessel, on or resulting from equipment not a part of the Vessel, or upon docks or piers.
  • The Guest hereby releases the Company from any and all liability for any loss of life, injury or damages which is proximately caused by pregnancy, a pre- existing sickness, disease, infirmity disability or illness, whether mental, physical or otherwise of the Guest.
  • The Company shall be entitled at any time to cancel or to cease operations by reason of an event of force majeure, which shall include (without limitation) war or threat of war, terrorist activity or the threat of the same, riots, civil commotion, disaster, dry docking, act of God, natural and nuclear disaster, fire, closure of ports, strikes or other industrial action, medical emergency at sea, lawful deviation at sea in response to a distress call or other emergency, and any other event outside its reasonable control.
  • Guests are not allowed to carry any kind of Drugs, narcotics or other illegal substances etc inside the casino.
  • The Company shall be entitled at any time, without giving any reasons, to refuse entry, passage, to any Guest, whom it considers unfit to travel or a nuisance or likely to cause mischief by reasons of over consumption of alcohol or drugs or likely to inconvenience, endanger or impair the health, safety or reasonable comfort of any person on board or likely to endanger or impair safety of the Vessel.
  • If at any stage it is found that the Vessel is overloaded, the Company will reserves the right to decide which Guests shall be offloaded and such decision of the Company shall be binding and final.
  • The ticket for Entry issued by the Company shall be subject to the existing rules of cancellation made by the Company.
  • The Management reserves the right to disembark any guest at its sole discretion.
  • The guest covenants, represents and warrants that he is fit to proceed, not in any way a nuisance and that his conduct will not in any way cause any mischief or inconvenience, endanger or impair the health, safety or reasonable comfort of any person or persons whether on board or not, or endanger or impair the safety of the vessel.
  • The Guest shall be liable to and shall reimburse the Company for all damages to the Vessel caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by any act or omission of the Guest, whether wilful or negligent. The Guest shall further indemnify the Company against all liability whatsoever arising from any personal injury, death or damage or loss whatsoever caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part to the said Company, by any wilful or negligent act or omission on the part of the Guest.
  • The Guest is subject to mandatory security check and agrees and hereby consents to search and security check being made of the Guest’s person and Property whether physically, by way of screening, scanning or otherwise and to the sequestration of any Property, which may, in the opinion of the Company and/or any officer on board the Vessel, likely in any way to inconvenience, endanger or impair the health, safety or reasonable comfort of any person or persons whether on board or not, or endanger or impair the safety of the Vessel.
  • Guests are expected at all times to conduct themselves in a proper manner and with due regard to the health, safety, comfort, enjoyment and general well-being of all persons both on board the Vessel and involved in the provision of any service or facility forming part of the Cruise.
  • The Guest must not carry as baggage, or bring on board the Vessel, compressed gases, corrosives, explosives, munitions, fireworks, inflammable article or substance of any kind, weapons, scissors, sharp instruments, radioactive materials, oxidizing materials, poisonous substances, magnetized materials and any other dangerous articles/ or chattel as may be deemed by the Company (“Prohibited Articles”). The Guest shall be liable for all penalties imposed by statute and for all damages and losses sustained whether by the Company, the Vessel, or any person or Property or otherwise by reason or in consequence of any Prohibited Articles/chattel being brought or carried on board the Vessel.
  • The Guests are instructed not to accept any packets/packages from unknown Guests/persons and are further instructed not to abandon baggage/articles in the premises of the Vessel. Unattended baggage/articles may be removed by the personnel as an object of suspicion and shall be confiscated. Any claim for the said baggages/articles will not be entertained.
  • Any claim for the loss of life or injury or loss of or damage to property of the Guests shall be notified to the Company in writing (“Notice of Claim”) within thirty (30) days from the date when the loss of life or injury occurred or as soon as the loss or damage to the property of the Passenger is discovered. The Notice of Claim shall be served on the Company at 2nd FLOOR, HR BUILDING, NEO MAJESTIC, PLOT NO. 104/1A, OPP. AZAD BHAVAN, PORVORIM BARDEZ North Goa GA 403521 IN
  • Disputes if any shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Panaji, in the State of Goa only.
  • This Ticket shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Terms And Conditions For Online Payments
  • These terms and conditions apply to the User who uses the Online Services provided for any payment made to Goa Coastal Resorts & Recreation Pvt Ltd (Casino Pride). Kindly read these terms and conditions carefully. By authorizing a payment to Goa Coastal Resorts & Recreation Pvt Ltd (Casino Pride) through the Pay U Payments India Pvt Ltd (“the service”), it would be treated as a deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Goa Coastal Resorts & Recreation Pvt Ltd (Casino Pride) reserves all the rights to amend these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. It is the responsibility of the User to have read and understood the terms and conditions before using the Service.
  • Payment Terms
  • Payments using the Service may be made by using Card credit, Debit cards, Net Banking, payment wallets and UPI.
  • The Company is not directly involved in the online payment but through a third-party service provider i.e. Pay U India Payments Pvt Ltd.
  • Upon completing a transaction using the Service, the Guest will be presented with a confirmation screen verifying the transaction details which the Guest may wish to process. It is the sole responsibility of the Guest to verify that all transaction information and other details are correct.
  • The Company has no liability for transactions which are incorrect as a result of inaccurate data entry in the course of the use of the Service or for loss of data or information caused by factors beyond the control of the Company.
  • The Guest will receive a confirmation email once the payment has been received by the third-party service provider which will have Transaction ID and Pay U ID.
  • Every Payment Made will be verified by Goa Coastal Resorts & Recreation Pvt Ltd (Casino Pride) Using Transaction ID received by customer while executing the payment and separate Transaction receipt will be Generated with Transaction ID confirming the receipt of Payment.
  • Every Transaction receipt Generated will be Signed by the customer acknowledging the validity of the transaction and receipt of service against the transaction.
  • The Company does not accept any responsibility for refusal or reversal of payments, which shall be a matter between Customer and credit card or Debit issuer Bank.
  • Cancellation or Refund will be solely executed as per cancellation and Refund Term mentioned below.


Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • All bookings made through the Website are non – refundable.
  • No change of booking date or cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of the visit date.
  • One date change is allowed for a future date with applicable difference amount payable depending on weekday & weekend pricing and can only be done 24 hours before the booking date.
  • If the booking is done for a weekend, but the reschedule date is a weekday refund will not be processed for the difference amount.
  • Medical emergencies will be considered for full refund and the same has to be justified with relevant documents.
  • For entry booked online, no cancellations/refunds are allowed on blackout dates and special rates.
  • No Cancellations/Refund or transfer of ticket will be processed in case of a no show.
  • Refunds shall be processed in the same form of payment used to purchase the original ticket/package. Once an online refund request is generated, the same will be approximately processed within 10 working days.
  • No refund can be processed if a guest utilizes their One-time play coupons or Match play coupons offered to them as part of their package.

COVID-19 Guest Protocol
  • Wearing a mask is mandatory, without which entry will not be granted. In case the guest is not carrying a mask, the same will be provided to him at the entrance.
  • Temperature, Arogya Setu status and Oximeter checks are mandatory at entry and whenever & wherever requested by Casino Pride staff.
  • Guests are requested to sanitize their hands at frequent intervals. Sanitizer dispenser stations are installed at designated areas inside the premises.
  • Guests must maintain social distancing at all times. Stickers and signages are put up across premises to guide the guests.
  • Seating arrangements on gaming floors & restaurants are done as per the social distancing norms; kindly do not move, alter or tamper with the seating arrangements.
  • Guest are not allowed to crowd or stand around gaming tables. Guests will only be allowed to place bets if they are seated at the table.
  • Guests will be given a limited menu to order from. Food will be served either in boxes or pre-packed.
  • All F&B services will be conducted with disposable crockery & cutlery.
  • Smoking is allowed in the designated smoking rooms only. Not more than 2 guests are allowed in the smoking area at any given time. Social distancing is to be maintained inside smoking rooms.
  • Kindly avoid spitting anywhere except in wash basins and toilets.
  • We request all guests not to litter indiscriminately and use appropriate garbage bins. Masks are to be disposed of at designated bins only.
  • All bookings made through the Website are non – refundable.


COVID-19 Self Declaration
    • Entry to the Casino Pride is subject to the following self declaration
    • I/we am/are not residing in any containment zone.
    • I/we am/are not suffering from any fever/cough/any respiratory distress.
    • I/we am/are not under quarantine.
    • If I/we develop any of the above mentioned symptoms. I shall contact the concerned health authorities immediately.
    • I/we am/are eligible to travel as per the extant norms.
    • I shall make my mobile number/contact details available to Casino Pride whenever required by them.
    • I understand that if I undertake this entry without meeting the eligibility criteria, I would be liable to penal action.
    • I am/we are fully aware of the state requirements.
    • I/we declare that our status on the Arogya Setu app is “You are Safe”.
    • I/ we agree that I/ we will submit to temperature checks whenever asked on any Casino Pride properties.
    • I/we declare that I/ we are fully vaccinated with both doses administered at least 15 days prior to the casino visit or I/ we must carry a negative RT-PCR report dated 72 hours prior to casino visit.
